The Research On Rural Human Resource Development In Hanzhong

With the rapid development of contemporary global economy in the period,industrial capital,financial capital,and other economic factors are also developing rapidly,but the intensity of the development of agriculture is paid relatively less attention. In three decades of Reform and Opening up, Chinese peasants have not only made a great contribution to the development of chinese economy but also made a great sacrifice, the gap of income and consumption between urban and rural areas has been widened. In recent years, with the party and the government's concern for rural problems enhanced,the income of farmers is increasing.In this context,through researching on the income and consumption of the status of peasant class in Han Zhong region, we can not only understand the specific circumstances of the country at all levels and the overall situation of China's economic development clearly, but also make preditions about the next step in Han Zhong region and even nationwide peasant class in the development of the status of the peasant class according to the current situtions,and make rational suggestions on the further development of the rural economy.In the process of researching in this article, the author adopted a series of analytic and deliberative methods such as theoretical analysis, qualitative analysis, quantitative analysis and comparative analysis, and a variety of means integrated,moreover the auther also made a full analysis and research about the content which needed to be researched and fulfilled the expected achievements.China has a large populoution,while the peasant class takes the majority of it.Take the example of the peasants'income and assumption status in Han Zhong region,if we expect the country's economic growth presents a virtuous circle in sustainable development,we need a fundamental driving force on most people's spending power.This requires two aspects, first, through various means to increase the income of farmers, including relying on technological progress, development of special cultivation and processing of agricultural products, optimize the characteristics of the agricultural structure; casting characteristics of the brand of agricultural products; improving the quality of the rural labor force; eliminating the differences between urban and rural areas,developing county economy and agricultural tourist attractions;co-ordinating the socialist new countryside construction and the process of urbanization and industrialization, and so on.Second, Through a variety of measures to expand rural consumption, including practical and effective ways to increase the income of peasants; to reduce the burden of the peasants into practical action;to establish a new integrated urban and rural social security system.By increasing the income and stimulating the consumption,the income of peasants in Han Zhong region has generally been increased dramatically. And the velocity of the rural economy has been accelarated which stimulates the rapid development of rural economy under new situations, thus we can stimulate the overall situation of Han Zhong region such as rural economy, urban economy, financial and economic interaction between the various economic factors.Only by this way mentioned above can we make the overall economic growth into a positive development trend.
