Our agriculture and rural development have made remarkable achievements, and peasant's income has kept increasing since more than 30 years of reform and opening-up. But no matter compared with the agricultural producers in developed countries, or compared with Chinese urban residents, Chinese peasant's income level is low, growth slowly, and the income gap between the city and countryside, regions and peasants are large. And the income gap is increasing year by year.This not only affects the coordinated development of urban and rural economy, also affects the harmonious development of the whole society probablely. To this end, the author took the evolution course of peasant's income growth since reform and opening-up as the breakthrough point, and deeply studied the growth and differences issues of peasant's income from macro-middle-micro-scale levels by using statistical yearbook and field survey data. And the author put forward some suggestions to increase peasant's income and reduce income gap from Chinese overall and different regions.In this paper, the author firstly discussed the evolution on Chinese peasant's income since the reform and opening up by using dynamic and static analysis. The author found Chinese peasant's income had been increased constantly, but the growth of peasant's income has been unstable. And there were apparent characteristics of stage on increase of Chinese peasant's income. Besides, the income gap between urban and rural, among different districts and peasants have been obvious. Secondly, the author analyzed peasant's income issue of different provinces in China by using historical and comparative analysis. The author obtained that there had been same characters on peasant's income issue in different provinces, such as the peasant's income growth was unstable,and the income gap was large.At the same time, there had been obvious differences, such as source of peasant's income was different in different regions.Thirdly,the author constructed peasant's income determine equation , and analyze factors which influenced peasant's income on total of sample, different sample provinces and income groups by using multiple regression method. The author drew a conclusion that the labors'average outdoor-work time during the year, labors'average schooling, family business investment and so on were significant factors which affected peasant's income. Besides, there were different on influence factors of peasant's income among different provinces and different income groups. Fourthly, the author analyzed influence factors of peasant's income differences based on multiple regression by using Shapley value decomposition. And the author concluded that the labors'average outdoor-work time during the year is the main factor which caused peasant's income differences whether to total sample or different sample provinces and income groups, and secondary cause was labors'average schooling.According to the conclusions above, the author puts forward some suggestions. First of all, governments at all levels should formulate preferential policies to promote the development of Township enterprises and other rural non-agricultural industries. Secondly, increases investment strength on rural education and agricultural research to improve the quality of rural labor and the scientific and technological level of agriculture. Thirdly, step up our efforts to promote the reform and innovation of rural financial system for enhancing the investment and financing capacity of peasants. Fourthly, rationally adjust agricultural industrial structure to promote the rational distribution of agricultural production.Fifthly, establish and improve the land use rights transfer system and the social security system to create the conditions for land scale management. Last but not the least, increases financial support strength to improve the development of organization of economy of farmer major collaboration.
