Study On Application Of SPC In Product Quality Control

SPC is effective control method for production process. Especially for recent years, quality and cost become key competency for company. How to use SPC control method is key figure for raising the company competency.MR is one German company for producing on-load tap changer with long history. It came to China in 2005. Because of fast localization process, it caused parts quality and assembly process quality unstable. This thesis is focused on how to use SPC to have a on-time monitoring and process deviation controlling, which approach to target of enhance the final product quality.This thesis introduces the SPC control method, and basic theory on statistics process control. It was described how to use X_bar-R control chart, p control chart, np control chart on product of on-load tap changer, in order to eliminate the process deviation and enhance the final product quality. It also can be taken as good reference for related manufacturing company.
