Research On Density And Scale Of Logistic Park Based On Trade-off Of Industrial Cluster Theory

The logistics in our country has developed rapidly in recent years. A lot of Logistics-Park has been built up throughout the country. But there is not a united evaluation standard about the structure of the Logistics-Park. A lot of Logistics-Park didn't consider the local industry situation in early times. Vacancy rates are relatively high. So, how to determine the scale of Logistics-Park is the problem urgent to settle.This paper is focused on the relationship between Logistics-Park and industrial clusters from the industrial cluster theory. Forecast the scale of Logistics-Park through the qualitative and quantitative determination on the basis of industrial clusters theory. Another purpose of the paper is transfer the attention from the development of logistics industry to external factor. Study the relationship between economic laws and logistics laws. The main contents of the paper are:(1) Starting from theory, this paper summarizes the industrial cluster theory and makes the relationship between economic laws and logistics laws clear.(2) Analysis the cluster effects, and how did it to do with the scale of Logistics-Park.(3) Appliance of Economics principle to building A Logistics-Park scale Model. Then the paper will analyze the equilibrium state.(4) To take Zhuhai for an example, get the balance scale by using this Model. As for the innovation of this paper, Logistics Park-scale analysis is not independent, it will base on the dynamic equilibrium of industry cluster. Integrate the industry cluster effect with economic law, building a Logistics Park-scale Model.
