The Research On Corporate Social Responsibility Of The Farming And Forestry Herd Fishing Tectonic Listed Firms

Since China adopted the policy of reform and open to the outside world,especially after China's entry into the WTO,China's economy is swift and violent develop,and our comprehensive national strength has greatly been improved.As the important component of China's whole social economy,the contribution of the farming and forestry herd fishing tectonic enterprise to the country and people's welfare is greater and greater.But during the past few years,the emerging of implementation issues of the farming and forestry herd fishing tectonic enterprises social responsibility draws more attention from scholars and policy-makers by the high social cost and serious consequences.With the theory of sector corporate social responsibility issues,corporate social responsibility and corporate performance study of the relationship has become hot.Previous studies did not emphasize on the corporate social responsibility of the fanning and forestry herd fishing tectonic enterprises.There are no consistent conclusion about the relationship between corporate social responsibility and financial performance.Few researches trace back to the deep-seated problem about how the corporate social responsibility motivation of the farming and forestry herd fishing tectonic firms affect financial performance.This research establishes a theoretical model for the influence of corporate social responsibility motivation of the farming and forestry herd fishing tectonic firms on financial performance based on grounded theory of open coding and coding method of spindle.Then,this paper proposes the hypotheses about the relationship between corporate strategic social responsibility and altruistic social responsibility and corporate financial performance by literatures combing method,and then gives empirical test using the data of the farming and forestry herd fishing tectonic listed companies in Shanghai and Shenzhen Stock Exchange.The empirical results show that the current strategic social responsibility performance can improve the financial performance of the farming and forestry herd fishing tectonic corporate significantly,while the early strategic social responsibility performance influence on financial performance is not so obvious.The influence of altruistic social responsibility performance is the opposite of strategic social responsibility performance.the early altruistic social responsibility performance can improve the financial performance of the farming and forestry herd fishing tectonic corporate significantly,while the current altruistic social responsibility performance influence on financial performance is not so obvious.This reflects the influence of altruistic social responsibility performance in terms of time has the certain lag.The empirical results also show that the influence of the financial performance to the strategic social responsibility performance and the altruistic social responsibility performance.The financial performance to the enterprise strategic corporate social responsibility has positive effect,but for altruistic social responsibility effect is not obvious.At the same time,this paper also finds that the size of the company and the nature of enterprise has a remarkable effect.The findings are helpful for promotion of sustainable development of the farming and forestry herd fishing tectonic enterprises.
