Research On The Financial Ecological Environment And The Loan Effect Of The Relationship Between The Bank And Enterprise

In the modern economy and society, the relationship between the bank and enterprise is one of the important relationships.Does it have an impact on the credit availability of the enterprises? And what factors will condition the impact? From the perspective of growing SMEs and based on the Jean Tirole's fixed investment model of the credit rationing,this paper,first of all,theoretically analyzed the existence of the loan effect of the relationship between the bank and enterprise,and with the China's growing SMEs as a sample and lighting on China's actual situation, obtained the conclusion that the relationship between the bank and enterprise had positive loan effect.Then, after systematically analyzing the status of China's financial ecological environment(FEE), this paper introduced the FEE variable into the theoretical model and analyzed the FEE's quality's impact on the loan effect of the he relationship between the bank and enterprise.Similarly,also with the China's growing SMEs as a sample,this paper obtained the conclusion that good FEE promoted the loan effect of the relationship between the bank and enterprise to play.
