The Research Of The Project Schedule Management Optimization

As the major task of project management, project schedule plan management is a basement of other works. A effective project schedule management has a great influence to to the schedules and other objectives. In this paper, after a analysis of the rasearch status at home and abroad in the project schedule management area, we introduced a basic theory of project schedule management and develop a non-liner model to achieve the lowest cost and minimum duration in a fixed time or the lowest cost in a fixed time. At the same time ,we also introduce particle swarm algothrim , use it's advantage in the non-liner function to solve this problem, at last, we use a actual example to verify the model, from the result, we can see the model got a good effective and some significance means to the optimization of the project schedule plan.
