Research On Progress Management Of ZGM Aero-engine Development

With the continuous enhancement of the comprehensive strength of our country,especially the rapid growth of national economy and the surrounding environment in recent 30 years,the rapid development of national defense equipment,especially the aerospace field more and more countries pay attention and attention,China is changing from the big power to the powerful.As a member of modern aviation industry,deeply realize that the power of aircraft is not the " heart" disease,must be solved quickly,so that China can take off a strong heart once again.This requires us to continuously improve the level of science and technology,but also to grasp the level of r & d management,to match the technology and management,and to quickly surrender high level products to consolidate and improve the international status of our aviation industry.Through the analysis of the status of domestic r & d project management and the international advanced research and development project management method,the scientific management of r & d project is promoted,and the goal of China aviation engine from hope to neck and neck is our "Chinese dream ".Among them,the progress management in r & d project management is the most basic,most important link,but also is the most easy to ignore,so the scientific application of progress management methods and tools to promote the promotion of aero-engine is particularly important.This paper reviews the history of r & d project management of China’s aviation engine,and summarizes the status and problems of the progress management of r & d project;The development,optimization,process control and schedule of the progress plan of ZGM aviation engine development project are discussed in detail from the principle,application and concerns Finally,the imagination of how to better and scientific management of aero-engine research and development projects in China is proposed and the goal of the next step is studied.
