Guoneng Changtu Biology Electricity Generation Engineering Project's Pre-evaluation Study

This article first elaborates the background, the significance of the biological electricity generation project. By unifying the domestic and foreign development tendency and the front information, proposed that the biological electricity generation project implementation has the feasibility. The article has system combing the elementary theory of pre-project evaluation. It mainly includes the primary coverage and method and basic principle and procedure of the pre-project evaluation. Based on the conditions to implement the project of the Changtu electrical power system, the fuel and the supply, constructing condition and so on, we has conducted necessary research on the project construction. Finally the article has carried on the evaluation system design and the evaluation study separately from four aspects such as the environmental protection appraisal, the labor safety and the industrial hygiene appraisal, saved with and using the energy appraisal reasonably and the investment estimate and the financial appraisal and so on. At last obtains the conclusion that it is feasible to implementing Guoneng Changtu biology electricity generation engineering project.
