Study On The Mining Investment Legal Environment Of Kazakhstan

As China's industrialization and the rapid development of the urbanization process, domestic mining investors will continue to expand areas of mining investment。At present, facing with the severe situation of our mineral resources supply, it is generally accepted that we should invest in Kazakhstan's mining industry as we have carried out the"stepping out"policy.with the development of the central Asian countries, Kazakhstan is more important in the geopolitical and the status of world economy market. So, in order to meet the needs of our mineral resources, mining investors focus the field of mining investment. the author made an assay of"Underground Resources and Laws for their Utilization", mining taxes and fees , the investment law . Then, the author analyze the positive and negative aspects of the mining law of Kazakhstan for the foreign investors, Finally, legal and practical measures were put forward for investors to cooperate with Kazakhstan better.This article proposes to adopt empirical research, comparative analysis and conclusion, etc, and comprehensive application of law, political science and economics related theory of knowledge, from multiple angles of inclination of Kazakhstan's the legal system of mining. In order to meet the needs of our mineral resources and promote our companies to cooperate with Kazakhstan better.
