With the development of economic globalization and the virtual economic, the bubble economy appears frequently in the world and can't be prevented easily, which influences the world's economy and people's lives in different degrees. This paper based on the introduction of economic bubble concept and its formation mechanism, analyses the changes of related economic indicators during early 90century's bubble economic in Japan and American sub-prime mortgage crisis in 2007, so that finds a general law to the economic indicators in the period of bubble economy. Based on this, learning from the changes of economic indicators in America and Japan, this paper analyses the changes and reasons of china's the changes of economic indicators since the 21st century, furthermore, compares it with American and Japan, and makes use of the measurable indicators to have a study of the current situation of china's economic development and proposes some countermeasures to prevent the bubble economy.Based on the above ideas, this paper is organized as followed:Part I, introduction. This part makes notes on research background, research purposes and the research significance. Part II, analysis of the general theory of the economic bubble. This part introduces the meaning of bubble in economics , analyzes the linkage and differences of the bubble economy and economic bubble, knows the classification of the economic bubble, and explores the cause of economic bubble and the general process that occurred. Part III, analysis of the performance and reasons of American and Japan's bubble economy. Through analyzing the situation of economic indicators before and after Japan's bubble economy and the US sub-prime mortgage crisis, this part has a comparison of economic indicators during the bubble economy to draw empirical conclusions. Part IV, analysis of the China's major economic indicators after 21st century. This part analyzes China's internal and external economic indicators since the 21st century and the reasons for changes, and then has a comparison with Japan and America. Part V, measurement of China's economic bubble. This part uses the international accepted indicators which is also suitable to China's national conditions to measure the extent of economic bubble in our country. Part VI: the policy to prevent the bubble economy. Based on the above analysis, and learning from the experience of Japan and the U.S, this part draws some suggestions to prevent the china's bubble economy.
