With the development of human capital theory of the West since 60's last century, a large number of studies have shown that investment in human capital is playing an important role to increasing marginal revenue, income level, economic growth and social stability. However, the study of human capital focused on education human capital. Health human capital as one of important human capital has been ignored. Health status of residents is the reflection of quality of people's lives, the economic development level of the country and health care. Good health is not only the basis for socio-economic development, but also the future direction of its development. The nutrition and health status of rural residents is determined by the labor force participation rate, labor productivity. It is impact the family income levels. Hence, it is necessary to study of the rural population's health status and its influencing.This paper analyzes the inequality of health human capital in rural China based on theoris of health human capital and regional gap. The difference of health human capital in every area is compared by consideration of health status inequality. Simultaneously, The paper analyzes the influence factors of rural health demand model and the effects of health human capital inequality. Part one is introduction, including the proposed the subject, research backgrounds,value , framework and methodology. In the second part, internal and overseas theory concerning human capital and area differentiation are generally analyzed. Part three is titled the regional differences of health human capital in rural china. In nine provinces investigated in this paper, health status and conditions of health service are various. Health human capital level is high in Jiangsu and Shandong province but low in Guizhou and Guangxi . The health status in east is higher the status in the west. Then, in research of rural health demand model, age, hygienic service price, education status, medical insurance ,revenue and revenue disparity are emphatically analyzed. In the fourth part of the paper, rural health human capital inequality effect on poverty is demonstrated by use of OLS model, Probit model and Logit model. The results show that health status has negative correlation with rate of poverty, that is, the better of health status, the less feasibility of poverty. Viewpoints of the paper are summarized in the end. Proposals for policies of controlling rural-urban income enlarging and reducing poverty rate are eventually brought forward.
