| Management, as an independent subject, has been exactly 100 years since 1911, Taylor's scientific management appears. Along with economic and social changes, the theory of management also changed and improved in the management river for a century. During that time, the formation of a variety of theories of human nature possesses the theoretical value and practical significance which can not be ignored and it has practical significance. At the same time, the various management theories and management models have been come up with, and many success stories manifest them practically. Any kind of humanity assumptions and its related management models promote the social development and economic progress in that historical period. However, the social relations in which human beings are not eternal, and it is a historical process. As times changed, the continuous development of the productive forces, it is inevitable to appear an embarrassing situation which is incompatible with management theory and management practice. When the management methods unable to adapt to the development of society, people should innovate the original management principles continually.In the 21st century, economic globalization continues to develop widely and deeply. The creative economy is dominant, and the business environment become more complex and competition more intense. In this context, it is necessary to re-examination human nature, propose suitable humanity assumptions for the society, and then innovate management model on the logical premise of new human assumptions. Only the innovation of management with a new premise of human nature is assumed to meet the China's national conditions and the trend of world development. Thus, in this paper, a variety of human nature assumptions between the Eastern and Western management culture are analyzed and compared comprehensively. The paper puts forward the "Self-free man" and assumes the management and the S concept which adopt ancient and modern ideas, blend East and West, and adapt to the times on the basis of summing up all kinds of existing management models and for the innovative business management practices.
