This paper studies the brand effect of small-size star funds, which contributes to the large size of funds later issued by the same fund cooperation. We use Treynor's measure to estimate the performance of different-size funds of the same fund cooperation; we also use OLS regression model to analyze the relationship between the abnormal returns of small-size star funds and growth of other funds'purchasing shares.In the end, according to current fixed fund fees system, we give our suggestions to promote equity and efficiency in China's financial market.
