The Large Sports Stadium Project Risk Management Research

As China's economic development, the Olympic Games, National Games, Asian Games will be held, the government support for sports industry,it has shown sustained growth that the rise of China's major sports stadium construction project. On the one hand, a large sports stadium projects is a big investment, long construction period, technical difficulties, management complexity of the construction process,so there are more risks; the other hand, a large sports stadium construction is in the lack of adequate risk management experience on project and risk management of domestic. With a variety of methods,perspectives on the major sports stadium project,risk management research focused on the relationship between the operation of the project and urban development.There is no reasearch in large-scale sports stadium project risk management within the construction period. To strengthen risk management of large sports stadium, reducing loss of risk, we must first research a large sports complex risk management theory.To this end, summing up the previous research papers based on the results for a large sports stadium project risk characteristics, in order to risk identification-risk assessment-risk response and control ideas and use of experts in survey method, analytic hierarchy process and other methods of large sports stadium project risks have been studied, and use Jinan Olympic Sports Center Project as an example of empirical verification. A large sports stadium project for the future of risk management research, in particular risk management practices should learn from the ideas put forward to raise the risk of project-based management.First, the paper details review of risk management basic theory and inland and outlangd research,then establish a major sports stadium project risk management the basic characteristics and ideas influencing factors for the complexity of such projects, many characteristics of selected experts in survey method and levels of analysis as the research paper.Then, recalling the basic methods of risk identification, using expert survey method established a major sports stadium project risk index system, followed by introducing the basic methods of risk assessment and ideas for a comprehensive index system of risk assessment. On this basis, the risk coping strategies were presented then large stadium project risk index system has done a deal with the risk-one correspondence. Finally, paper use Jinan Olympic Sports Center project as an example of the idea of an empirical validation studies.
