After the reconstruction of telecommunication industry all around our country, five operators have converted into three operators who have already offered to us the U-Service. Based on the fiercer competition and greater demand for the high-quality services from consumers, we started to study the Integrated Marketing Communication of Heze Telecom Co., Ltd. Since 1990s, as a newly emerged marketing communication theory, the Integrated Marketing Communication has got wide acceptation and application in advertising areas and business circles, adopting a bran-new 4C theory instead of a traditional 4P one and playing a profound role in marketing and operating activities. Therefore, how to build goodwill to consumers by the research of Integrated Marketing Communication turns out to be very essential.Adopting the theory of Integrated Marketing Communication and the analysis methods by documents, comparisons and charts, based on the current situation of Heze Telecom Co., Ltd, this paper provides a new way to open telecommunication market for this company from the angle of Integrated Marketing Communication theory, also put forward many solutions to the questions existed in this procedure as well as some strategies for this program designing.This paper is divided into six chapters.
