| Along with deepening of electric power system reform as the feature of "separation assistant industry from the main industry", the external environment of electric multi-business enterprises is undergoing profound change. At the same time, the reform has brought opportunities and challenges for the enterprises'survival and development, so it is important for them to seize the opportunity and seek further development through improving viability. Based on parsing the concept of viability, this paper constructs an analysis framework of enterprises'viability by using of factor analysis method. Furthermore, this paper studies the problem of electric multi-business enterprises'viability and puts forward relevant policy suggestions. At last, we analyze the current situation Dong Yuan electric equipment Co., Ltd. and then, this paper constitutes new strategic policy and puts forward corresponding approaches of improving viability for this company. |
