Design Of Performance Management Process Standardization And Its Applications In Power Supply Enterprise

According to the characteristics of power supply enterprise performance management and its states, we present the main problems of power supply enterprise performance management. The Balanced ScoreCard approach and the Key Performance Factors approach are introduced in designing the standarded system of the performance management about power supply enterprise development strategies and operation objectives according to problems in power supply enterprise performance management.A position-target oriented performance management model is established, in which overall goals and tasks of power supply enterprise are broken down into departments, positions, employees. It makes the performance management system clear, responsibilities decomposed, tasks fullfilled, achieving objectives that key performance indicators are shared and workers'interests are closely connected with the enterprises'prosperity. Finally, aiming at problems in Yantai Power Supply Company performance evaluation system, we apply the performance management standardized index system proposed in this paper to improving the current performance evaluation system in Yantai Power Supply Company.
