The performance management is a core component of human resource management in enterprises. Thorugh the evaluation for personnel and organization, positive loop for performance lifiting is formed, that helps to improve staffs qualifications and organization performce to accomplish the enprise strategic objictives.The performance management is playing and paling more and more important role in the present management of the power enterprise. So how to continuously upgrade its quality to ensure the consistency between the management and corporate strategy, that has become the topic of intense concern for the academics and managers. This paper will introduce the process as the basic tool for performance management as a carrier of the corporate strategy and performance management. On the one hand, Process Optimization improves the core competence of the corporation, on the other hand, through performance management, the movement of the process is lifiting in charge, that make process runs well, smiple and of high efficiency, hope that this paper can certain profit.First the paper analyzes the situation of performance management application in the power enterprise, and poses the model of the process-orinted performance management, and analyzes of the validity of this model in the power enterprise. Then, the premise of the performance management process-orinted is illustrated, focusing on the analysis of process, and breaking down the implement into steps. Last the paper expounds the basic train of the performance management, and the materials between the process management and performance management. Through the closed loop in performance management, the level of the performance is continuing enhanced to increase the competitive power.The paper supplies new methods for the application of performance management in power enterprise in terms of process, and makes strategically significant to the enterprise, assists the power enterprise to addressing the challenge successfully.
