The rise of the realty business expends the market of the network advertisement, while the flourishing network ads provide adequate space for the business to make a full development, which means the mutually-dependent pattern has taken shape. On the basis of the extensive research on the form of advertising communications from some representative real estate websites, this thesis analyses the problems existing in the network advertisement of real estate and raises a series of constructive suggestions specific to its development, by means of discussing the features, current stage and development trend of the network ads of real estate in the light of the communication theories, aiming at providing some rewarding strategic support for a sound development of the real estate and the network advertisement business of our country.The thesis is divided into four chapters. Chapter One outlines the reason and meaning of the selected subject, the latest progress from domestic and overseas scholars, the research method of the thesis, and the definitions of basic concepts. Chapter Two analyses the real estate marketing environment, the real estate marketing theory and the advantages of the network advertisement under the Internet era, to prove that the network ads is the inevitable development trend of the real estate marketing. Chapter Three describes the current situation of our country's real estate advertisement and points out the existing problems. Chapter Four sets forth some development countermeasures for the network advertisement of the real estate in our country according to its impeditive elements.
