It has been 13 years since the Advertisement Law came into effct.During these years,laws,legislations and regulations of the Advertisement Law have played an important roles in maintaining the order of the market economy,protecting the legitimate rights and interests of customers and advancing the healthy development of advertising industry.However,with the rapid development of economy and technology,the advertising compaign is becoming more and more internationalized and specialized.Social background has changed a lot since the legislation of the Advertisement Law.Hence,the drawbacks of the advertising legal system continuously reveal.The legislation of the Advertisement Law becomes powerless with new advertising issues.The author will debate on some new problems and approaches standardizing some web advertisements and celebrity advertisements in the hope of giving some revelation to our advertisement industry.
