In the household contract responsibility system and the rural policy of two-tier management system that integrates unified with separate management , the contradictions between the scattered small producers and large markets become more and more acute .In order to solve these contradictions,more and more Farmers co-operation accordingly appear in china.The establishment and development of farmers sales cooperation is the most effective way.to resolve this contradictions between the scattered small producers and large markets.However,farmers sales cooperation is new thing in our country and It's the promotion and demonstration is subject to various of factors.Therefore,it is very necessary to design suitable popularized mode to develop it.Then,which popularized mode actually will be suitable for us :it is able to meet the current situation in rural china and enable farmers sales cooperation to operate effectively. These issues naturally have become a focus of this paper to study and discuss.In order to do this,this paper uses experimental economics and behavioral finance as background for the subject,combining with many theories such as experimental economics,behavioral finance,farmers co-operation and so on. Interdisciplinary research,use the quantitative analysis,qualitative analysis and experimental as research methods combined,draw on the experience of farmers co-operation from home and abroad,focuses on the discussion about popularized mode which farmers sales cooperation we should take,and various of related policy and recommendations.This text is divided into five chapters:The first chapter, the preface of this paper.This chapter first introduced the background and significance of farmers co-operation,pointed out that it is very important issue to establish and demonstrate Farmers co-operation.On this basis, raises the question which is researched in this paper: when we establish and demonstrate farmers co-operation ,which popularized mode should we choose. After that,this chapter proposed its research contents and route.The second chapter,this chapter introduced the essence and superiority of farmers co-operation in detail,and described related theory including experimental economics and behavioral finance.The third chapter.This chapter used experimental economics as tool, combined with behavioral finance theory to study on chinese peasants's heuristic cognitive bias in decision-making.This chapter first pointed out the issue that this paper would research and that if we wanted to study the popularized mode,we should test that whether farmers exist heuristic cognitive bias in their sales decision-making process. After that,this chapter introduced in short the scholars in our country Rao Yulei's research results about investors'cognitive biases and suggests this paper should draw on this method above,meanwhile,described the purpose of experiments,the experimental subjects and so on in this chapter.Finally,the concrete implementation of the experiment is introduced and the experimental results are analyzed,and eventually we get the inspection findings.The Fourth Chapter , research on popularized mode of farmers sales cooperation.Fist, the promotion experience and mode of farmers cooperative in Europe and America,Japan,and China were introduced and analyzed in order to give a reference for the design of the popularized mode of farmers sales cooperation. Finally,based on the study proposed government-led popularized mode were proposed and given some seriespolicies and recommendations,such as popularized system, policy support, legislation and so on.The last chapter,full-text summary and outlook.First, this chapter introduced the study summarized of this paper.Then,this chapte introduced the innovation of this paper and look ahead the study of this paper.
