In this article, the study of the failure of Chinese Construction Company, Xi'an marketing failures case, to find the underlying causes of its failure to analyze the external environment within which it is faced and put forward countermeasures to prevent latecomers face the same fate for the managers of existing enterprises learn from. The size of the enterprise market expansion and efficiency of growth, depends on different regional markets in the branch operations. The reality is that many companies off-site to expand the market ended in failure.
