With the development of the railway infrastructure, the construction process of the high-speed railway accelerates constantly. Until 2010, China will set up a Beijing-centered eight-hour reached high-speed railway transportation circle. The large-scale expansion of the railway will release the contradiction between transport-ation capacity and transportation volume gradually, and the speed-increase of the railway provides more comfortable and rapid railway service of customer transportation.The present ticketing mode of the railway dominated by window sale and cash payment, and the cost of ticket-chase is too high, which is extremely disproportional with the modern railway infrastructure, even counteracts the benefit brought by the railway speed increase.The development of E-commerce provides a great inspiration for the railway to build a new way of customer ticketing. The establishment of the railway E-commerce ticketing system can not only shorten the ticket-purchasing time, but also strive for the people to choose railway as their transportation tool, meantime it achieves the goal of improving efficiency and reducing cost.In order to improve the E-commerce ticketing mode, we must guarantee the safety, stability and reliability of the online ticketing system. The system should have the ability to bear the load brought by peak access volume, resist the risk from the Internet, and also guarantee the security, integrity of the transaction information and the payment information, the non-repudiation of trading behavior.Based on the target, this paper focused on the security transaction protocol and security E-payment process. With the analysis of SSL and SET protocol, we hope to learn the good points of the SSL and SET, and abandon the disadvantage of each of them. Through this way, we hope we can design a more reasonable and safe E-payment model, and provide a transaction-safety related scheme on the E-commerce ticketing system development.
