O2O e-commerce in our country has a swift development in recent years. To integratethe online resources and offline resources is the core idea of it which is aimed to attractcustomers to the physical stores through the Internet. Now, several famous Internet companiesand Banks pay attention to the payment models of it.It has important and far-reachingsignificance to study the payment mechanism of it.In this paper,we study on the paymentmechanism of O2O e-commerce from architecture of payment model, transaction process, thepayment protocol design and implementation of processes and the verification of paymentprotocol. The main work of this paper is outlined and follows:Firstly, the payment process of common payment models for O2O e-commerce issummarized and analyzed. The lack of these payment models and the needs of safe transactioncertificates, payment system online to offline, security of payment information and guaranteepayment for O2O e-commerce are pointed out.The payment model of O2O e-commerce basedon the two-dimensional code is researched and designed. Then the architecture and transactionprocess both online and offline of this model are designed in order to provide users with safeand reliable payment.Secondly, online payment protocol and offline confirm payment protocol of the paymentmodel are designed. After giving the design requirements and assumptions, the protocols aredescribed in detail through the way messages are sent and responsed. What’s more, the keyperformance of the k protocols are analyzed. Finally, using colored petri nets (CPN) and CPNtools model the payment protocol onlineand confirm payment protocol offline. The protocols are verified by analyzing their CPNmodels and the state space reports (SS) produced by CPNtools. It shows that there are no livelocks, deadlocks and unexpected dead markings in both protocols and the protocols arecontrollable, realizable and feasible.
