A Study On Financing Business And Development Strategy Of Commercial Bank's Domestic Trade In China

Domestic trade financing means that financial institutions provide financing business to the economic activity entities in china on the bases of different financing needs in different stages of the trade. It's one of the creative products in banks' credit management, in many ways, such as in the system of product's design, applied and generalized, are still in primary development stage, and many problems are urgent to be solved. Therefore, it's an urgent need to study deeply on the domestic trades' financing business.In this paper, the author studied the domestic trade financing business on a multilayer and multi dimension view, using the knowledge and methods of finance,economy,management and so on, on the bases of the financing business' essential features, gave the definition and classifications of this business, and systemic summarized the operational conditions, business principals, applied scope and mainly operational process of different financing businesses; by some cases, the author studied the current status of domestic trade financing business, analyzed the factors, affecting the development of the domestic trade financing business, and the problems in risk managements; the author gave the resolutions of promoting the development of domestic trade financing business on the view of the macroscopic economic environment; finally, by analyzing the typical cases of the domestic trade financing business popularized successfully, the author gave the suggestions of the healthy development on the domestic trade financing business from the view of the microscopic measures.The creation of this paper remains the definition and classifications of the domestic trade financing business, operational conditions, business principals, applied scope and mainly operational process of different financing businesses; at the same time, the author analyzed the typical successful cases of the domestic trade financing business, this is very useful for the bank's practical operation and the creation of products' design.
