| Drug as a special commodity, is directly related to people's lives and health。So every change of drug industry can attract people's attention. With China's accession to WTO, the pharmaceutical industry is gradually opening up, and more and more powerful pharmaceutical companies enter China market, bringing severe impress to the domestic pharmaceutical companies. Drug production enterprises are facing a huge challenge in the new situation, and need to acquire competitive advantage in the fierce market.Business competition in the 21st century is not only between companies but also in the supply chain which the company belongs to. And more and more companies form supply chain have alliance. The biggest impact of supply chain management on the business management is challenge to the existing mode of production plan. The business activities are driven by customer demand and started with production. Only through the establishment of supply chain management-oriented production planning model, drug companies can truly change from traditional individual enterprise management to the supply chain management model.The paper made research on supply chain management-oriented production planning model based on the characteristics of drugs. To achieve this goal, this article did the following work:1.It studied the pharmaceutical supply chain, analyzed the constitution, configuration and operations of each node, described the current major production planning strategy, and had a detailed analysis of the characteristics of drug production, the traditional pharmaceutical production planning model and problems.2. Based on the supply chain management's requests on production planning, it analyzed features of supply chain management-oriented production planning, and built production planning model based on supply chain management.3. Optimal production plan Mathematical mode based on above research was established and an example was given on the application of the model. |
