Nowadays, as an inevitable competive means of modern enterises, RM has gradually migrated into all kinds of service areas and created a lot of wonders in the mean time. Its application into service industry is mainly realized by two means:dynamic pricing and inventory control. Revenue Management (RM), developed upon the unique characteristics of service products, is becoming a scientific managerial method studied by all kinds of service sectors. As a newly emerging branch of management science and operations research, RM emphasizes the use of dynamic pricing and inventory control strategies to realize the maximum revenue of enterprises based on market segmentation and consumer behavior analysis.The development of the automobile industry to bring convenience and interests of humanity, but also it brought a lot of problems:such as fuel, congestion, pollution and so on. The fundamental way to resolve is the growth of restrictions on private cars. Therefore, Car-sharing system came into being for the good momentum of development. Car-sharing service is innovative way which between private cars and public transport, it helps to reduce traffic flow and air pollution. There are many Car-sharing companies right now. Based of some related materials, this thesis analyzes the pricing problems of foreign Car-sharing companies, and finds the better method for implementing the Car-sharing dynamic pricing strategy. Through simulation and comparison to solve the existing methods of dynamic pricing, then in order to maximize the Car-sharing companies revenue, we establish a suitable pricing strategy of Car-sharing. The main research contents are as follows:Chapter 1:Introduction of this thesis. It mainly introduces the background of this paper, especially about the background and developed form of CS, and then compared with traditional car rental industry. Then we explain the research status and propose the CS pricing problems. At last, summarizes the structure of this paper.Chapter 2:Literatures review. It elaborates the background of revenue management, shows the application of revenue management in some typical service industry and its current study situation. Moreover, discuss the previous literature about dynamic pricing, after reviewing the correlative literatures, these previous literatures will be used in CS pricing policy.Chapter 3:This part mainly introduces the dynamic pricing strategy in detail, based of the specific power time function, we build the deterministic specific power time function model and random demand function model. Then use Matlab to do programming solution. Through the numerical examples to analyze the solutions and properties of each model, and change the parameters of each model to research the influence degree of the optimal solution.Chapter 4:This section mainly discusses dynamic pricing of RM. We build up the models in view of dynamic. Then this chapter uses Hamilton-Jacobi equation to make dynamic control for the products' pricing problem. Furthermore, the dynamic model is set up and relative property of the model is discussed. In addition, numerical examples will be taken in order to explain the model.Chapter 5:Based on the Chapter 4, then it's going to analyze the current problems for pricing strategy. Use Matlab to simulate the random generation of uniform distribution of one month's members, then compute the revenue of F-C-F-S and the revenue of optimal service. Afterward, compared these two situations and get the better conclusions.Chapter 6:conclusion and recommendation. Based on the above chapters, we make a conclusion for the analysis and summarize the results of the research. At last, explain the limitation of this study and give the further research directions.
