Revenue management is originated in the airline industry. With the development of the service industry, the hotel industry market competition becomes increasingly fierce. The hotel revenue management theory and method emerge as the times. The hotel revenue management can guide the hotel for the scientific operation and management. It makes the hotel to achieve revenue maximization. Enterprises get the survival and development in the competition.At present, the hotel revenue management theory is a relatively new topic. The pricing is important part in the revenue management. So, based on the theory of revenue management, this paper studies the pricing strategy of hotel rooms. This paper introduces the theory of revenue management, hotel revenue management and dynamic pricing. It also introduces the hotel pricing model, and the model is applied to the Qingdao Century Haifeng Hotel. In order to make the hotel revenue management theory to implement more effective, this paper gives a brief introduction to Qingdao Century Haifeng Hotel and the hotel was analyzed by SWOT. It knows the hotel internal strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats. This paper gives some suggestions to the hotel: analyze hotel price structure, keep the hotel booking records, establish and develop revenue management ideas, train and introduce candidates in revenue management.This paper uses dynamic pricing method, the method of combining theory with practice, combination of quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis method, and so on. It uses a series of methods to research hotel revenue management theory and method. I hope this paper can enrich the hotel revenue management theory, and it can guide the hotel guest room price.
