Research And Ways Of Improving Marketing Force Of Property Service Enterprise

As the reform of market economy continues to be intensified, property service enterprises are being off the ties of superior real estate companies and reliance of government gradually, and step into market competition independently. In particular, the marketing environment of enterprises was influenced by economic globalization and international competition after China's entry into WTO. Stress from domestic and overseas competitors that our property service enterprises have to face makes the road ahead long and tough. To survival and develop in fierce competition, property service enterprises are supposed to improve their marketing force.On the basis of current situation in property service field, this paper summarized theories concerned with marketing force systematically and integrated marketing with service marketing theories, by which the concept, composition and how to heighten ways were analyzed as well. This paper is expected to play a small role to assist property service enterprise to build its own marketing force effectively, meet the needs of proprietors and get the sustainable development of enterprises on wheels.Massive research and discussion concerned with nearly 30 property service enterprises from Beijing, Shanghai, Guangdong and Shandong were made in the process of creating this paper. Further understanding of property service enterprises and their marketing campaigns comes into being though those precious researches. In this paper, cases from the Great Wall property group is illustrated as practical references to promote marketing force for property service enterprises.
