Study On Entrepreneur's Innovation Behavior Of Gansu Province

The private-owned enterprises have become the essential strength of supporting the development of Gansu's economy. But comparing to the east area and the middle area of our country, Gansu's economy development has relatively fell behind. The private-owned enterprises have barrier factors in innovation. The article takes entrepreneurs as the important and core factor and conducts study in entrepreneur's innovation behavior.The article is divided into six parts. Part one is introduction, including research background, research thinking and research methods. Part two is theoretical summary. Include entrepreneur's concept, innovation behavior and entrepreneur's innovation behavior. Part three tries to build a general frame of entrepreneur's innovation behavior. Include the characteristics, motivations, course and objects. On the basis of questionnaire and present situation of innovation behavior of Gansu private entrepreneurs, Part four brings about positive analysis and factor analysis. Part five is based on Part four and analyzes how all kinds of obstacles act on entrepreneur's innovation behavior. Part six is the summary of whole article.
