With the rapid development of network information technology, companies begin to seek more innovative ways, actively change innovative models, integrate internal and external resources, build open innovation community, and encourage users to participate into the activities of enterprise product innovation. Currently, the practice of open innovation communities is booming. In the above background, we study the factors of user participation of the open innovation community; it can provide theory to guide the users to participate into the innovation, and companies can use open innovation community properly. And it can also find out the potential of user innovation, to create innovation platform of the business with Au Pair.Firstly, the article reviewed the literature of open innovation theory and user behavior theory, and then took the theory of planned behavior as perspective, integrated the connotation of open innovation community and related research conclusions, in order to present factors of user participation of the open innovation community: participation motivation, a sense of community, community incentives, user interaction, self-efficacy and perceived convenience. These above factors that take innovation attitude, subjective norm and perceived behavioral control as mediating factors have impacts on user participation. And then comes out the research model.Based on the relation of these factors. Data collection is from a research lab forum of an online community created by a famous home appliance company in China. And 361 copies of questionnaire were collected. At last, we analyze the data by using SPSS17.0 and AMOS19.0, and test research hypotheses. In this study, conclusions are as follows:1.Participation motivation and sense of community have direct and positive impacts on innovation attitude as community incentives and user interaction to subjective norm. And self-efficacy and perceived convenience controls to perceived behavioral control.2.Innovative attitude, subjective norm and perceived behavioral control as mediating factors have direct and positive impacts on user innovation behavior, which the perceived behavioral control takes the first place, and subjective norm andperceived behavioral control are after it.3.Sense of community takes more impact on innovative attitude than participation motivation. Community incentive takes more impact on subjective norms than user interaction. Perceived convenience takes more impact on perceived behavioral control than self-efficacy.4.Data fits the model of factors of user participation of the open innovation community better. Theory of planned behavior can explain the intention of user participation of the impact of open innovation community well. Finally, according to the results of empirical research, we put forward some proposals of management and elaborate the shortcomings and prospect of the research. The innovation of this paper is: First, the innovative content. There is a little research on user participation of open innovation community. The paper focused on open innovation community users, to explore the impact mechanism of user participation intention, and to complement the theoretical study of user participation of open innovation community. Second, innovation on applications of Theory of Planned Behavior. It was used on the factors of user participation of the open innovation community, and proved its adaptability of the application and demonstration; also expand the territory of the applications of the theory.
