In the 21st century, following the continuous progress of science and technology, manufacturing enterprises are facing increasingly fierce competition, they have gone beyond the scope of individual enterprises, and embarked on a competition between the industrial chain. Homogeneity of manufactured goods also becoming increasingly serious business to find new profit sources, the extension service as a product to become an important area for customers. This trend also conforms to the diversification of customer needs and personality, thus, the manufacturing enterprises, through service and service innovation to attract customers to improve the market competitiveness of enterprises, become new source of profit. China is already a big manufacturing country. But since many products do not own the core technology and intellectual property, they need to buy production equipment which is abroad. Meanwhile, China's manufacturing enterprises are not marketing their services as an important competitive factor, not the services and service innovation value chain system, as one part of the quality problem just as the remedial measures, it is necessary for China's manufacturing industry value chain management system to study, through service innovation, value-added business value chain.Based on the manufacturing services and service innovation theory and research related to learning, the author uses its to manufacturing enterprises to service innovation. Service innovation by manufacturing enterprises to analyze the driving forces, combined with innovative four-dimensional model, it build a new service innovation driven manufacturing enterprise model, according to this model, It build a new manufacturing value-added business model. That manufacturing sector Enterprises can build agile supply chain, thereby enhancing the efficiency of the whole industry chain and customer service ability in order to service customer. And it enhances its competitiveness and profitability; the value chain can achieve adding value while the enterprise brings new profits. It combined with Bao steel on the conclusion of international case analysis. While the author writes the paper, it uses the research, case support, and other methods of qualitative arguments.
