In December2013, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology issued the4G license to China Mobile, China Unicom and China Telecom. Therefore, the mobile Internet industry will usher the new climax. With the coming4G era, map-based LBS services, navigation services and mobile E-commerce and other value-added services will become more popular. The development of mobile Internet is changing our way of life, and promoting social progress.The rapid development of mobile Internet, also promote the transformation of telecom industry chain. In the early, on the basis of the rapid development of broadband and the recovery of the network economy, the telecom value chain is gradually growing which is at the core of telecom operators. Now, with the coming of the mobile Internet era, OTT services are developing rapidly, which has formed an irresistible trend. Mobile value-added services market is more competitive, the monopoly operators continue to be challenged. These changes encourage operators to establish cooperation mechanisms with service providers, in order to achieve the maximum profit of the supply chain. Following, how to develop cooperation mechanisms in the complex value-added telecom services supply chain has become a popular research.Based on the cooperation mechanism, this paper studies the issue of coordination of telecom value-added services supply chain. First, we summarize the relative theories, including cooperative game theory, price competition in differentiated products, telecom value-added service supply chain. Second, from the angle of cooperative game, has carried on the quantitative research to telecom value-added service supply chain. We use stackelberg model and Nash bargaining model to study respectively the Telecom value-added service chain within cooperation framework. Third, using Mathematica software to numerical computation, we compared and analyzed the coordination of the telecom value-added service supply chain under different models. We respectively discuss the effect on the price and profits of the replacement rate and divided ratio.
