The Research On The Financing Model Of Fengcheng Sweater's Industrial Cluster In Haiyang Shandong Province

With the development of China's socialist market economy, Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) play an increasingly important part in acting market, absorbing employment, making social stability, and creating wealth. However, during the development of SMEs there are many bottlenecks, particularly the financing inhibition.SMEs'clusters have embeddedness, geographical proximity, knowledge sharing and innovation and related characteristics so that their financing has increased credit, reduce costs, reduce risk and other advantages. Therefore, for Shandong Haiyang Fengcheng sweater clusters, to choice an appropriate cluster financing model, can make full use of advantages of SME clusters financing, and help to ease the plight of corporate finance within the cluster.This paper is divided into four parts. The first part outlines the financing of SMEs'clusters related theories, the text of the post-theoretical basis; the second part of the author's research is based on field visits, analysis of the Shandong Haiyang Fengcheng sweater on financing difficulties of enterprises in the cluster and its causes; the third part is under the thought of making full use of the financial advantages of the cluster, improving the financing efficiency within the cluster and its realistic feasibility, the mutual secured financing model through the Sweater Industry Guild is chosen for the Fengcheng sweater's industrial cluster. Then, recommendations are made on the model's institutional arrangements to participate in party functions and powers, the fourth part is the construction industry associations enhance their own qualities, letting the government play a part in leading and promoting for the improvement of the environment on the mode.
