Study On The Financing Of SMEs In The Industry Cluster

In China, the difficulty in financing of small and medium-sized enterprises is still in need of ultimate solution, because of the ever-existing problems among their low transparency and credibility and their lack of collateral. In light of industrial cluster, the paper attempts to exert their intrinsic nature and competitive advantage so as to solve the financing predicament facing small and medium-sized enterprises.This paper systematically overviews results from domestic and abroad researches on middle and small enterprises and analyzes the financing mechanism of them within industrial cluster based on the very mature theories of industrial cluster and financing. Combined with the state of the art of the development and financing conditions of small and medium-sized enterprises within industrial clusters in Fujian province, this paper analyzes specific characteristics and existing problems arising from their financing. Through a thorough probe into the successful case of the collectively optimal financing within industrial cluster of the Ningde City, this paper takes it as an exemplar for other enterprises and proposes some policies in the financing aspect.This paper demonstrates the specific advantages of intra-industrial-cluster financing, while some problems coexist, such as lack of cooperative awareness, low degree of linkage, underdevelopment of financial market structure and intermediates, and poor exertion of clustering financing pattern. The powers of government, industrial clusters, financial capital market and social intermediates should be melted together so as to push forward the financing of small and medium-sized enterprises within industrial cluster in Fujian province, and tackle the predicament of financing.
