Job satisfaction is an important psychological indicator in the management of modern human resources. At present, China is in particular stage of development in the socio-economic transition, there is important practical significance to research the constitute factors of employees in job satisfaction and employee turnover intention, job performance of employees for improving the level and efficiency of enterprise management.Through the work of self satisfaction questionnaire This paper investigations the conditions of job satisfaction of 387 staff in STS Electronics Co., Ltd., and examines the various components of job satisfaction on the influence of turnover intention, job performance, and finally obtain the following conclusions:Firstly,l the entire job satisfaction of employees scores 56.60, with an average score of 2.9234 for each question, indicating that the job satisfaction of employees is not high and in the scope of basically satisfied.Secondly, job satisfaction factors include:work characteristics, work remuneration, working environment, working relationships, working conditions, job prospects and so on. Thirdly, personal characteristics significantly affect employee job satisfaction. There is significant difference in general job satisfaction of staff in marital status, different jobs, different level of education, different age, different length of service, and the scores of influence factors in job satisfaction also show diverse degrees of difference.Fourthly,the entire job satisfaction has a significant negative impact on employee turnover, which has significant positive effects on job performance. Employee job satisfaction can be explained respectively the company turnover intention, job performance with the variability of 49.38%,58.46%. Fively.components of job satisfaction are significantly negatively related to the turnover intention, the impact of which is reduced by the order as follows:the work remuneration, working conditions, job prospects, working relationships, working environment, job characteristics. And work remuneration, working conditions, job prospects, working relationship can explain 41.59% of the variability in the employee turnover intention.Sixthly, job satisfaction components are significantly positively related to job performance, influence of which are gradually reduced in order as follows:job characteristics, working conditions, working relationships, work remuneration, working conditions, job prospects. And working relationships, the work itself and the work environment can explain 51.08% of job performance variability.Based on the empirical conclusions, STS Electronics Co., Ltd. should draw on research achievements at home and abroad and the successful experiences of foreign enterprise in employees management, and improve job performance through directing staff to form a reasonable psychological contract, improving staff training system, paying attention to employee job prospects, establishing scientific pay system and welfare system, forming good relationships, implement the employee classification system and other measures, strengthening management of employee job satisfaction and reducing staff turnover.
