There still exist great differences between Chinese private enterprises and the enterprises of developed countries in administration technology and quality. The basic reason for the shortage of administration vision, the weak internal force of development and the lack of ability to resist economic fluctuation is the low job performance of enterprises staff and the high staff loss rate. Many administration scholars home and abroad generally believe that one of the important factors affecting the psychological inclination of staff leaving jobs and the job performance is the job satisfaction.This thesis uses BC Hydraulic and Pneumatic Company as the object of study investigating 105 staffs job satisfaction and affecting factors and inspecting the data cases with SPSS20.0. The result shows that the general job satisfaction for staff is low and the staffs personal characters obviously affect their job satisfaction. There exists a positive relationship between social network centeredness and job satisfaction. And there exists a negative relationship between the job satisfaction and the psychological inclination of staff leaving jobs and a positive relationship between job satisfaction and job performance. If the job satisfaction of BC Hydraulic and Pneumatic Company staff is enhanced, some measures should be taken,such as strengthening staffs job development plan and promotion management, constructing the encouraging salary welfare system, perfecting administration system and standard of enterprises and constructing the horizontal organization to enhance the ability to share resources.
