| Foreign investment plays a important extremely role during the economical development of a country,with the foreign capital entering China on a large scale,it promotes the fast development of the economy of our country.On the other hand,it caused many kinds of negative effects for the unreasonable scale and structure of the foreign capitals,The negative effects of Foreign investment are summarized,and restricted the sustainable development of the economy of our country.The scale of utilization of foreign capital becomes the problem urgently to be solved.In the recent years there are more and more foreign investment in China,so many economic researchers attach importance to the bad effects of foreign investment such as the low technology level in the whole foreign investment.The dissertation that overcomes the shortcomings in the early study of foreign investment combines the macro with micro analysis and the quantitative with qualitative analysis;Based on the theoretical foundation of utilizing the foreign capital in a moderate scale,this paper makes theoretical analysis on three sub-systems included in the moderate scale of utilizing the foreign capital-the necessary scale of the foreign capital,the absorbing scale of the foreign capital,and the safe of the foreign capital,and explaining the relation of three subsystems;By using economic theory and method,I made a pratical study to the necessary scale of the foreign capital,the absorbing scale of the foreign capital,and the safe of the foreign capital;The advices for our government of using and managing foreign investment are given.Based on the western economics,open economics and statistics the analysis tools of quantitative and qualitative methods are used in the dissertation.The practical and theoretical study method is the Important point in the dissertation.Through the practical study the onclusions of the close relation between foreign investment and economic cycle are made,and supplying reference for the department. |
