Since the reform and opening up, Chinese enterprises have experienced two generations of hard-working. It's the time of third generation of entrepreneurs, from the previous planned economy into market economy, from shortage of competition into fierce market competition.Accompany with business from simple single production operation to the present diversified production and operation, Enterprise organizational model is undergoing change, From functional structure to department system, From centralized management to decentralized operations.This paper is aiming to find the solution of organizational structure applying to its own developing form functional structure through analyzing the problem facing by BYM.Using the organizational structure theory, from corporate strategy perspective, considering various factors of affecting organizational structure and the characteristics of management development, this paper will design department system structure suitable for the enterprise development.Firstly, reviewing relevant literature of organizational structure, this paper describes the development of organizational structure and the theory of strategic decisions for the development of enterprises in the form of organizational structure and enterprise structure and organizational structure changing depending on business development stage. Based on the introduction of BYM in detail about the company's strategy, this paper analyzes its current situation from the company's business development, customer orientation, efficiency of resource use, and then points out that the company's existing organizational structure of linear functions doesn't suit for the company.Then considering its problem, in connection with a variety of factors, learning from the success of similar enterprises or foreign competitors, this paper designs an organizational structure consistent with its development.And in order to balance the transition of the company's organizational structure, this paper also gives a transition program.Finally, this paper proposes implementing suggestion for the company from transition program to vision organizational structure so that the company could smoothly progress into long-term goals.
