The 21st century is the era of competition about person with ability. Therefore, the enterprise's competition is competition about person with ability. The enterprise maintaining core competitiveness must occupy person with ability, especially knowledge people. Thus enterprise can retain the sustainable development. For real estate industry, facing the same external competition conditional, mining competitive advantage from internal, and how to make staff job satisfaction and how to retain staff become the focus of competition. Company through implementing internal marketing and improving the internal marketing levels improve company employee satisfaction. Improving employee satisfaction can improve customer satisfaction, and adapt to changes in the external and internal environment, Enterprise guarantees the realization of enterprise profit. This thesis is on empirical research, how to enterprise' internal marketing activities influence the employee's job satisfaction. How to company improve existing problems.The correlation of internal marketing and job satisfaction is the eases subject. First, author construct the conceptual model of the internal marketing and job satisfaction on the previous literature review and summarized, the representative influencing factors were analyzed. Measuring Internal marketing have many actors, such as salary and benefit, work, empowerment, communication and management support, these are the five dimensions influence. measuring job satisfaction have five major actors, such as work itself, the work promotion, supervision, salary level and working partner. Measured results show that the effect of five dimensions influence is larger. Secondly, the paper analysises the correlation between internal marketing and the employee's job satisfactions with structural equation. TT Estate Company is the research object, questionnaire and empirical analysis, which validated the correlation, and summarizes the internal marketing activities of success and expending further areas in need of improvement.The practice proved that internal marketing and job satisfaction has significant correlation. The actors of influencing internal marketing and employees' job satisfaction are obvious. Therefore in reality management, manager of enterprise improve the actors to development internal marketing, which satisfied employee job. Employees are satisfied with their jobs. The means lead to customer satisfied lastly in the external. Hoping the thesis can help other enterprise and industry thought the case study.
