On the present days,enterprises competition is that of persons with abilities.On the condition of making more and more excellent employees feel belonging,corporations can maintain the core value to achieve the development.In the service market,especially for the Logistic market equipping with high tech and great team work spirit,the quality of employees are the soul of corporations.Otherwise,those logistic corporations who lack of flexibility and motivation hardly maintain excellent employees.If losing this key resource,it will lead to negative impact on the company expansion.To implement internal marketing strategies to improve internal customer satisfaction,then to improve external customer satisfaction,the enterprises can adapt to the changes of internal and external environment so as to gain profits.Based on reviewing the literatures published at home and abroad,this paper begins with the internal marketing and staff satisfaction correlation analysis,choosing two transnational Express corporations as studying targets,to analyze how different personal characteristics and job categories respond to internal marketing.The results are as below:First,Internal Marketing has an obvious positive impact on job satisfaction in UPS and Fedex.Second,different personal characteristics have a different response to internal marketing. It depends on education level,ages,working experiences,and the position in the company. Different job characteristics have a different response to internal marketing.Front line staff has higher job satisfaction than second line staff;salesperson has higher job satisfaction than non-salesperson;and inside sales have lower job satisfaction than outdoor sales.Third,among 9 segments,salary,job,communication and delegation is corelated tightly with employee job satisfaction.Thus these two corporations should focus on internal marketing strategies with salary,job,communication and delegation.It summarizes the success and the room to develop in these two corporations.In the last part of the paper,some suggestions about strengthening internal marketing within the two transnational corporations and local Express companies are presented.
