The Third Small And Mdeium Logistics Enterprises' Cost Modeling Of Road Transport And Optimization Analysis

With the acceleration of the globalization, the logistics has taken more and more important impact on the development of national economics, and the level of the development of the logistics industry is considered as the symbol of the nation's comprehension and the grade of the modernization. The logistics and transports is the critical tache and ring of the third medium logistics enterprises, so the cost of the transport becomes the centre and primary position consequently and naturally. The problem is that how to save the cost and controlling the cost reasonably.My text analyzed the composing characters of the transport cost deeply, meanwhile, on the foundation of the appliance of the modeling, it advanced a simulation technology of modeling which is based on the using of GPSSWorld. At the last part, my text made an optimization simulating about the cost of our national third medium logistics enterprises, and provided a new kind of method and thought for the logistics enterprises' future operation.According to the idea above my text made some related work as following:First, the theories part. My text had made a cogent and thoughtful analyse about the correlated cost theories, and with the association of our national basic condition, it pointed out the necessity of the optimization of the transport cost.Second, analyzing about the model management and transport process. By comparison of the prevalent methods of the optimization cost, my text concluded that the modeling is an effective way for saving the transport cost and defined the realm of my studying. Then, analyzing the logistics characters and on the foundation of using GPRSSWorld, my text made a simulation of the medium enterprises' transport process.Third, the idiographic method and tool. Firstly, on the foundation of the analysis of the third medium logistics enterprise about the management and transport process, my text has discussed the goal, hypothesis, and inferred the formulas and rules on the cost counting. After the analysis, my text has brought in the simulation cost model. The main points of the model are these as followed:the inputs—epiboly model price, the capacious of the car's load, exhausting of the gasoline, petrol price, the expending of the passing way, the vehicle maintenance costs and fault maintenance,are defined as the random parameters, which are conformed to the stochastic function. Set different utilization rate of vehicles, calculate the utilization rate of the size of transport costs, ultimately, determine the optimal utilization rate of vehicles. After the making of the model, my text has concluded the process and approach of the optimization about the interior using of the transportation cars and the utilization rate of vehicles in details in order to optimize the cost.(the statistics knowledge is betaked here)Four, Empirical study. Take a third medium enterprise for instance, my text analyzed the transport channels and the progresses, and using the systematic method analyzed the differences created by the insourcing and subcontracted. Collecting the precious data and handled them with the statistic software_SPSS, and then made a fit and goodness test of the relevant data, simulated the whole progress by the tool of GPSSWorld. On the foundation of quantitative analyses above, my text had made F-test and ANOVA about the output results and at last through the quantitative analyses found the bottleneck of the saving cost with the contrast between the insourcing and subcontracted. Finally, my text provided a useful and practical method in order to save the cost and improve the effectiveness of the logistics enterprises. My text had proved that the GPSSWorld is helpful and effective for the cost saving system to the logistics enterprises.
