Research On The Development Of SMEs Of Anhui Province In The Post-financial-crisis Background

We were from poor countries in the past, second only to the U. S. and Japan, almost the same to the world's third-largest economy now; Economic form a single public ownership dominant and diverse pattern of ownership common economic development from the past to the present, SMEs play a very important role in it, a large number of SMEs has become a very important part in national economic development. Sustaining and healthy developing of SMEs have been paid more and more attention by national and local government in different levels.Be effected by international financial crisis in 2008, the developed capitalist countries of Western showed a picture of economic depressed, economic growth weaked, enterprises's product difficult, a large number of international famous enterprises bankruptcy. Especially, at the worst moment of the financial crisis in 2009, China's economy has emerged a rare low-growth of 6.1% in recent years, give China's economic growth and employment a serious challenge. In this crisis, the CPC Central Committee assess the situation, the economic stimulus plan of "four-trillion" is introducted in time, this plan putting into practice, the effect show clearly that China's economy bounded back quickly, In the environment that a lot of negative economic growth, China's economic growth rate reached 8.7%, the successful realization of the "Paul 8" tasks. The total GDP of Anhui has achieved over "trillion "objective, one year ahead of the completion the "Eleventh Five-Year Plan" task, Anhui SMEs play a very crucial role in it. In the present, the world economic situation has not fundamentally improve, the development trend has not clear in future, in the post-financial-crisis background, domestic and international economic environment that face of increasingly complex and changing, Anhui SMEs survival and development is still facing a very serious challenge. ChapterⅢ, in the post-financial-crisis background, with an explaination on the situation and problems of the Anhui SMEs in developing, expatiated the economic and social development of Anhui situation and linkages between SMEs, the SMEs made great achievements in development process in the past, and Compared with the developed coastal regions such as Jiangsu, Zhejiang province, Anhui SMEs in the gaps and problems in the development. ChapterⅣ, New opportunities for Anhui SMEs development strategy as an opportunity, explain the "Rise of Central China" strategy in-depth implementation and under the financial crisis background, the national implemente " capital growth, expand domestic demand", the policy give a new opportunity to Anhui SEMs in development.
