The Study Of The Influence Of International Financial Crisis To SMEs In Anhui Province

SMEs are important forces which cannot be ignored in the economic development of any nations. Their exuberant vitality is one of the important factors in the national and regional economic takeoff. SMEs are playing more and more important role in China's socialist market economy as the rapid development in Chinese economy since reform and opening up, having become an integral part of our national economy and creating many employment opportunities. But after the international financial crisis, the export situation has deteriorated sharply and many SMEs will be greatly affected, some export-oriented SMEs in the eastern region in China. had to face the the threat of cut-off, changing the product or even closure. Anhui Province, as a underdeveloped provinces with rapid growth in recent years, is relatively less affected by the financial crisis. But because of the current global economic integration, the transmission and delay of the crisis, the impact on Anhui economic development would be different from the coastal provinces due to the different developing level and location.This article is divided into five parts:Part I is an introduction, explaining the background and significance of the study, the research situation at home and abroad, the research methods and the innovation; in the second part, the mechanism of the financial crisis and some background and concepts such as the definition of SMEs are expressed; in the third part, the author use the empirical methods to study the developing trends of SMEs in Anhui Province through the analysis of industry data since the global financial crisis. The fourth part is a case study based on the field research on SMEs in Tongcheng Anhui Province, summarizing the development difficulties, response measures and good experiences since the global financial crisis; the fifth part focus on how to promote SMEs transformation in Anhui Province in the post-crisis era.
