There are two ways of farmers access to the market:single or organized. However, farmers are confronted with great potential risks when they get access to the market alone. For lack of organazional resources and spoke man,farmers are in an unfavorable position when competing with various interest groups, especially competetive markets. Compared with those highly organized and powerful interest group which have strong information and human resource,farmers are like separate sand. In that case,farmers need their own interest group, their own negotiatiant. FC isjust what farmer required.Farmers cooperative is another system innovation in China after the Household Contract Responsibility System. It makes single farmer and big market connected together, enhances farmers bargaining power in the market and boosts the specialization of agriculture in china.
