| Industry cluster is a sort of special regional economic organization, and it comes up frequently in China these years, from the Yangtze River Delta area ( Shanghai Pudong New Area ) and the Pearl River Delta area ( Shenzhen Special Economic Zone ) to the Bohai Economic Zone ( Tianjin Binhai New Area ) , which are the best cases. The reason is that industry cluster has unique advantage, and it is something of Intermediate level organization. The unique advantage goes into two parts: one is that industry cluster, as the set of enterprises in a limited space, is able to use the'joint force'which is from the relationship between enterprises, and the other is that the competitive and cooperation between the enterprises set up good economic surrounding, which makes the industry cluster evolve. It is the relationship between these two parts makes many successful industry clusters and enterprises. Therefore, the aim of this paper is going to find what is the relationship between the industry cluster and enterprise strategy, and how it works. Firstly, this paper concludes and declares the conceptions and meaning of the industry cluster and its evolution and the features at every stage of the evolution, as well as the situation. Secondly, this paper sorts and gives out the relative theories on enterprise strategy, and analyses what facts affect the behavior of enterprise strategy choice and what is the model and measures of enterprise strategy choice. Based on these stuff, together with the features at every evolution stage and model of strategy choice, it can be seen of the matching relationship between the industry cluster and enterprise strategy choice behavior, and finally, there will be a case study based on Tianjin Binhai New Area. In one word, the continuous evolution of industry cluster makes the industry surrounding which the enterprises live in change, and only if the enterprises make some reactions in time, and choose the scientific sound strategy based on the enterprises'situation, the enterprises could keep the competitive advantage and make the sustainable development happen. |
