In the background of economic globalization, the economy of China develops rapidly,but because of the huge population,along with the increase of the continuous population and the influence of financial crisis in recent years,the employment situation becomes worse,for keeping pace of the social development, entrepreneurship becomes hotter.This paper is to explore enterpreneur's tacit knowledge and its relationship with entrepreneurial performance,for helping entrepreneurs understanding tacit knowledge and improving their own capabilities,then they will have more competitiveness to create greater wealth in enterprise.On the basis of the prior research and investigation,this paper used questionnaire survey,interviews and other methods to collect research data,draw up the questionaire about entrepreneur's tacit knowledge. This paper used this questionaire and a questionaire about entrepreneurial performance appraisal developed by Doctor Ding,and then used item analysis,exploratory factor analysis,confirmatory factor analysis,variance analysis,correlation analysis and so on.This paper surveyed 827 entrepreneurs,as two swatches, and explored the structure of entrepreneur's tacit knowledge. This paper explored the dimensions of the entrepreneur's tacit knowledge through statistical analysis and also discussed its relationship with entrepreneurial performance. And then, discussed the relationship between the tacit knowledge and the demographic variables. The main conclusion of the paper is as follows:(1) Drawn up questionnaires about entrepreneur's tacit knowledge include two components: entrepreneurial cognition management and entrepreneurial skill management.(2) The result of the research shown that entrepreneur's tacit knowledge have a significant effect on the entrepreneurial performance. (3) The entrepreneurs with different sex are different in some dimensions of tacit knowledge.The entrepreneurs with different qualification and experience are different in all the dimensions of entrepreneur's tacit knowledge.The different entrepreneurs with different qualification are different in entrepreneur's tacit knowledge and (or) some dimensions of tacit knowledge. The more entrepreneurial experience, the more total score and entrepreneurial cognition management score and entrepreneurial skill management score are. The entrepreneurs with different major had insignificant difference in dimensions of tacit knowledge.
