Implicit leadership theory in recent years is is a hot research field of Western psychology, and it is also beginning to receive the academic attention in China. Implicit leadership theory is the idealistic traits and behavior on leadership of one mind in followers. In China's enterprises, could the employees recognized the employee's supervisor in leader image? Are the superior leadership fits their prototype? There are differences between the implicit leadership theory and the supervisor leader image. And what the role of the difference on employees working attitude? This is the research to be explored.By reviewing the relative literature of Implicit leadership theory, Organizational commitment and Trust in leaderhip, we use exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis to revise the questionnaires. Then we use Independent-Sample t test and One-Way ANOVA to examine the effect of demographical variables on the Prototype difference. Finally we use correlation and regression and to analyze the relationship among Prototype difference, Organizational commitment and Trust in leaderhip .The main listed as follows:Firstly, there are differences between Prototype and Prototype recognition or Antiprototype and Antiprototype recognition. And the Antiprototype differences are more obvious.Secondly, we examine the effect of demographical variables on perceptions of prototype differences and Antiprototype differences. We find prototype differences hassignificant difference in age and work age, education, working years, job, the character of the enterprise, But Antiprototype differences has no significant influence on demographic variables. Thirdly, the research discussed the relationship between prototype differences, Organizational commitment and Trust in leaderhip. It was discovered that prototype differences was negatively correlated with Organizational commitment and Trust in leaderhip; And Antiprototype differences has no significant influence on them.Fourthly, the research discussed the mediate effects of Trust in leaderhip by hierarchical regression analysis. We found that Trust in leaderhip was only the partially mediate variable in the relationship between prototype differences and Organizational commitmentCurrent limitations and future research orientation were also discussed at the end of the dissertation.
