Since the1980s, Western leadership theory has become a hot issue and also increasingly formed its new paradigm-transformational leadership. This kind of leadership can make employees have clear sense of responsibility and meaning, establish emotional communication through personalized care to create a work atmosphere of mutual trust. The staffs work hardly to meet the needs of self-realization, and give up their personal interests for the company and organization. They pay more effort to achieve more than originally expected results. Foreign scholars studied the relationship between Transformational leadership and job satisfaction, the results showed that the two variables have positive correlation. In recent years, Chinese scholars also begun to study the transformational leadership, more theoretical discussion than empirical studies, and they always focused on the trait and effectiveness qualities of transformational leadership in the few empirical researches, but research about mediator between transformational leadership and work satisfaction is not much. Study the researches of scholars, we can find that transformational leadership has a positive effect on job satisfaction, but some other studies also showed that there are some mediators between the two variables and they have different effect on the relationship. This study combines the past theoretical research, and basis on the studies about the relationship between transformational leadership and employee job satisfaction, takes the organization trust as an mediator to further research the relationship.This study combinates the theory and practice researches, based on the literature, through individual interviews and finalize the questionnaire, to further research the variable’s relationship, and how the mediator-organization trust make the effect on them. On the basis researching the literature, we comb the concepts of transformational leadership organization trust and job satisfaction, and summarize the relationship between them. In Chinese cultural background, we select Li Chaoping’s method to divide the dimensions, and select the appropriate Chinese culture Transformational Leadership Questionnaire which is established by Li Chaoping. Referring to the most mature and scientific scale at home and abroad of organization trust and job satisfaction, after making some appropriate modifications on the scale, we use them as our questionnaire for this study. After interviewing the enterprises’ and company’s employees in Tianjin, we collect242questionnaires for this study, using statistical software SPSS18.0to process the questionnaires and conduct reliability analysis、validity analysis、descriptive statistics and correlation analysis, and using AMOS17.0to establish structural equation model and checkout the mediating effect of mediator. The results shows that the relationship of transformational leadership and job satisfaction and its dimensions shows significant positive correlation; transformational leadership could predictive job satisfaction effectly; proved that transformational leadership will have an related impact on job satisfaction of employees through organization trust; Organization trust is not only the antecedent variables of job satisfaction, but also the mediator of transformational leadership and job satisfaction.The thesis is divided into six parts. The first part is mainly on the research background, purpose and significance; The second part is the literature review section, which introduces the relevant theoretical concepts of transformational leadershipn organization trust and job satisfaction. The third part describes the research process、research framework and proposes research hypotheses;The fourth part processing data and verify the hypothesis. The fifth part analysis and discuss the data processing results and make some recommendations. Part VI describes the innovations and limitations of the study and discuss the follow-up studies.This study further validates the relationship between transformational leadership and job satisfaction, and the affect of organization trust. This effective verification could inspire business leaders shows out transformational leadership qualities sufficiently, training the working atmosphere full of organization trust to further improve employee job satisfaction, thereby improve work performance.
